In onore del loro decimo anniversario, i DISTANT sono entusiasti di presentare "Tsukuyomi: The Origin", una versione ampliata e rivitalizzata del loro EP di debutto, "Tsukuyomi". Questa uscita presenta sette brani nuovi di zecca insieme a sei versioni rinnovate di canzoni che raccontano ciò che precede la conquista dell'universo da parte di Tyrannt. "Tsukuyomi: The Origin" non solo approfondisce le origini dei DISTANT, ma esplora anche la leggenda che si cela dietro i loro testi. Non si tratta di un remaster standard o di una semplice ri-registrazione, ma la band ha rivisto le canzoni originali per riflettere il loro sound e la loro visione attuale, assicurando che i brani ricevano l'attenzione che meritano. Aspettatevi nuove collaborazioni (Matthew K Heafy, Alex Erian dei Despised Icon, David Simonich dei Signs Of The Swarm e Travis Worland degli Enterprise Earth) e una miscela perfetta di brani freschi e ri-registrati.
La band ha presentato un'altra canzone nuova di zecca, "Fleshweaver", già suonata durante gli ultimi concerti. Il video è stato realizzato da Loki Films
